California Car Accidents
More than 400,000 vehicle accidents occur in California per year, 55,000 of which take place in Los Angeles. This number is on the rise and gets higher each year, leaving victims and their families to deal with difficult and stressful consequences.
Victims and their family members may suffer lasting impacts from vehicle collisions. Although we hope that everyone walks away from a crash scene unscathed, this is not often the case. Vehicle collisions throughout California end the lives of over 3,200 people each year, and more than 270,000 sustain injuries.
Unfortunately, a large percentage of these collisions are the result of driver negligence. Some forms of driver negligence include reckless driving, speeding, impaired driving, fatigued driving, and more. Driver negligence accounts for more than 94% of all car crashes in the United States every year.
When a loved one is lost due to the negligent actions of another driver, surviving family members may feel frustrated and overwhelmed. A wrongful death lawyer in California will be able to help you move forward from the aftermath of your loved one’s crash in more ways than one.
