Santa Clarita, CA – Pedestrian Hospitalized, Hit by Car on Sierra Hwy near Whispering Leaves Dr
Santa Clarita, CA (March 23, 2022) – At approximately 9:00 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, March 22, emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a traffic accident at an intersection in Santa Clarita. Reports indicate the wreck happened on the Sierra Highway near Whispering Leaves Drive.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department was sent to the scene along with other emergency crews to assist those involved. Upon their arrival at the crash site, they found an injured pedestrian who had been struck by a car.
The pedestrian was treated by paramedics before being taken via ambulance to a local hospital for further care. The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
Authorities in Santa Clarita are still investigating the details of the incident.
