Santa Clarita, CA – One Hospitalized Following Fiery Traffic Collision on Golden Valley Rd
Santa Clarita, CA (February 28, 2022) – One person was hospitalized due to injuries they sustained in a fiery car crash on Sunday morning, February 27 in Santa Clarita. Emergency crews actively responded to the scene at approximately 8:30 a.m.
The wreck occurred in the 26000 block of Golden Valley Road. A fire spread to surrounding bushes due to a vehicle that caught fire, according to reports. Responders were able to quickly contain the blaze.
The extent of the injuries suffered by the victim has not been reported at this time. What caused the collision to occur also remains under local law enforcement investigation.
