Law Offices of Jennie Levin, P.C. Takes on Wrongful Death Case
The Law Offices of Jennie Levin, P.C. will be representing the family of a woman who was tragically killed when a car suddenly crashed into her apartment building while she was sleeping in her bed with her daughter.
The accident occurred on July 3rd at 8760 S. Main St., near 87th Place, south of Manchester. The vehicle caught fire after it plowed through the building. The force of the collision appeared to have caused the airbags to deploy.
Unfortunately, our client, a 45-year-old mother of four, died in the crash. Her 4-year-old daughter, who had been asleep in a bed with her when the accident occurred, was taken to the hospital after the accident but has since been listed in stable condition.
According to LAPD Capt. Jon Pinto, the car hit the wall, which hit the bed and caused the fatal injury to our client. Investigators are still determining whether or not speed was a factor in the deadly accident.
