Irwindale, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Car Accident on the 605 Freeway
Irwindale, CA (April 8, 2022) – One female was sent to the hospital after a car wreck happened on Friday, April 8 in Irwindale. Initial reports state the two-vehicle wreck occurred at approximately 2:48 a.m.
The crash occurred on the 605 Freeway, according to officials. Emergency crews had to remove the girl from the wreckage, according to reports from authorities.
Sources say the injured victim was then transported to an area hospital for further care. Her identity has not been released at this time.
The other driver involved did not go to the hospital.
A road closure was issued in the area while crews worked to secure the scene.
